Q: What is WaveJoy?

Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I order?
A: Simply browse our colorful collection, select the item you like, select any options (such as size or color), click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We securely accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure gateway to ensure your transaction is safe and secure.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as summer vacation) or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays or extreme weather), delivery may take a little longer. Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to track its journey. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number there.
Q: What about duties and taxes for international orders?
A: "Good news! All prices displayed on WaveJoy include applicable import duties and taxes for US customers. This means what you see is what you get - there will be no additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery."
Q: My order did not arrive within the estimated time. What should I do?
A: We understand the pain of waiting! If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at wavejoy2025@gmail.com with your order number and we will immediately investigate and find a solution.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your WaveJoy™ product! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Q: How do I clean and store my inflatable?
A: Gently wipe the float or mat with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry completely (out of direct sunlight) before folding and storing in a cool, dry place to ensure longevity. Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Q: Are WaveJoy™ floats safe for children?
A: While many of our floats are designed for recreational use by all ages, they are not lifesaving devices. Children should always be supervised by a qualified adult when using any water product.
